Terms of Service

Account Setup. Your account will automatically be set up upon receipt of payment and after we have screened your payment for fraud. It is your responsibility to provide us with an email address which is not @ the domain(s) that you are signing up under.

Resource Usage. Users may not iniate the following: Use 25% or more of the systems resources for more than 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems; these include: CGI Scripts, FTP, PHP, HTTP, etc.

Content. All services provided by REVCOM, LLC may only be used for lawful pruposes. This includes but not limited to; copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, & pornography. The customer agrees toindemnify and hold harmless REVCOM from any claims resulting from the use of our services.Examples: IRC Bots, Warez Sites, Pirated Software, Hate Sites, Hack Programs, & Pornography Sites.

Bandwidth Usage. You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade toa higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee of the overages. Unused transferin one month cannot be carried over to the next month.

Cancellations & Refunds. REVCOM, LLC reserves the right to terminate an account at any time. Customers may cancel at any time. REVCOM gives you an unconditional 30 day money back within your first 30 days. REVCOM, LLC will use reasonable care in notifying the Customer and in resolving the problem in a method resulting in the least amount of service interference as reasonably possible. REVCOM, LLC reserves the sole right to suspend service to any Customer located in our datacenter for violation of the RPP (REVCOM Privacy Policy) without notice. REVCOM, LLC reserves the right to terminate service without notice for any violations of the RPP. Violations of the RPP will result in the following: A warning notification via email, REVCOM trouble ticket or telephone with 72 hours notice for resolution. 72 hours is the standard notification; situations involving law enforcement, phishing, fraud, password harvesting, network interference, Denial or Disruption of service, IRC mis-use, or other malicious activity can reduce the notification time frame. Failure to resolve the RPP violation within 72 hours will result in the following: Removal of the violating content or service, Removal of website on the server, Temporary shutdown of the website, Block on outgoing mail IP address routing to null. Repeat violation of the above terms will result in the following actions: Immediate disconnection of service with no re-activation & $100 fee assessed to Customer account for violation.
