AOL, Your REVCOM Domain and Spam

If you forward mail from an address at your REVCOM's hosted domain name to an address @aol.com, you should never use the "Report Spam" button on AOL's email screens for spam email that has been forwarded to you. If you use the "Report Spam" button for these spam messages, you report the Revolution network as a "spammer." When AOL receives your forwarded message, even if it's spam, all the AOL server knows about the message is that our servers sent it. If enough spam reports are received by AOL, they may temporarily block all email from all Revolution customers, causing delivery delays of hours or days or permanent rejection of messages destined for AOL recipients.

Instead of using the "Report Spam" button for these messages, consider using SpamCop.
